3) Matching of pattern color and workpiece background color: during hot stamping, anodized aluminum (gold, silver, copper, interior red, interior blue) has a strong covering power, even if the workpiece background color is black, it can be completely covered; However, when the transfer paper with lighter colors such as white and yellow is used on the black background for hot stamping, its covering effect is not as good as that of pad printing and screen printing.

　　

 

Factors Affecting Stamping Process

In the gilding process, it should be noted that the appropriate hot stamping foil must be selected according to the different varieties of the ironed objects. The hot stamping foil shall be made of paper, ink (especially black ink), kerosene and compound glue with appropriate properties. The hot stamping parts must be kept dry to avoid oxidation or damage to the hot stamping layer; When hot stamping, it is necessary to master the three-way cooperation of temperature, pressure and hot stamping speed, and make differences according to different hot stamping materials and areas; When cutting, the speed and direction of the turning tool shall be mastered; When hot stamping foil is stored, it should be protected against pressure, moisture, heat and sun.
